Jonathan Moles

Jonathan leads the Governance and Professional Standards team, driving optimal governance frameworks, supporting the Board, Branches and Chapters, and being the guardian of the professional standards that our members are expected to embody.

He has worked in governance, risk, and compliance for over 15 years, mostly in international not-for-profit organisations including working on international development, animal protection, and the fight against climate change. His work has involved supporting and advising boards and committees, company secretarial duties, risk management, compliance, and promoting optimal governance. He has overseen or worked closely with data privacy, legal, and internal audit.

He has significant experience in helping organisations through governance and decision-making change, along with helping executive teams and boards to develop their strategic discussions.
