Overview
Celebrate International Women's Day with Ciarb!
To coincide with International Women’s Day, Ciarb is delivering a two-part webinar series on careers in arbitration and mediation. The first webinar will explore how arbitrators can secure arbitration appointments as a neutral; the second will guide mediators on how to raise their profile within their respective fields to create more opportunities.
Everyone has a role to play in promoting diversity and inclusion and making the process of securing appointments as a neutral as fair and transparent as possible. This webinar explores how equity and access determine who gets appointed, with a focus on women in arbitration.
Participants will gain a clear understanding of the pathways to appointments, the decision-making dynamics at play, and the steps individuals and institutions can take to open doors to opportunity.
This webinar will be moderated by Lucy Greenwood C.Arb FCIArb.
This event is FREE for all to attend. Register here!
