A recognised international arbitrator, Kim specializes in high value, technically complex project disputes and, more recently, sports arbitration.
She acts as party appointed, sole arbitrator and Tribunal Chair under ICC and LCIA rules in the Gulf and Asia, with experience of the ICC Expedited Procedure and UK Construction Adjudication.
Kim has a reputation for clarity, strong case management and strategic judgment.

Glenn Haley is a partner with the EPC Dispute Resolution practice of CMS in Hong Kong. He has more than 40 years’ experience in all aspects of major projects, infrastructure and the construction and engineering sectors, in both contentious and non-contentious matters. Glenn is a Chartered Arbitrator and a former Branch Chair of the East Asia Branch of Ciarb and presently oversees the regional function of the EAB Branch Committee. Glenn also is assisting Ciarb to deliver the training to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre for its panel of adjudicators to service HK’s new security of payment regime.
