Protecting Value and Promoting Growth: Mediation and arbitration for luxury fashion disputes

Protecting value and promoting growth - this is the aim of mediation and arbitration for the luxury fashion industry.

The virtual event, co-organised by WIPO AMC and the European Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Ciarb), aims to promote an understanding of how arbitration and mediation can best serve the needs of this industry. The event will include an introductory lecture on recent trends and issues in the industry, and interactive sessions on arbitration, mediation and procedure. 

Speakers include WIPO mediators and arbitrators, Ciarb Chair members, in-house legal counsel and WIPO AMC representatives, all steeped in the conduct of international mediation and arbitration in the sector. A Q&A will enable attendees to contribute to the discussions and interact with the speakers.
