Held under the auspices of His Excellency the Prime Minister of Lebanon, Nawaf Salam, this high-level conference, delivered by Ciarb Lebanon Branch, will explore legal, financial, and regulatory strategies critical to rebuilding Lebanon. Particular emphasis will be placed on leveraging Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) to drive infrastructure development and on implementing structural reforms to promote long-term economic and institutional stability.

The role of dispute resolution- specifically Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms-will also be examined as an essential element in fostering investor trust and ensuring the enforceability of decisions.
