Experienced Contracts and Claims Manager with a civil engineering background (Class of 2012), bringing a strong track record in contract administration, risk mitigation, and strategic claims management across complex construction projects. I specialize in navigating intricate contractual landscapes, enhancing process efficiency, and optimizing stakeholder relationships to drive organizational success.
As a Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and the Arbitrators’ and Mediators’ Institute of New Zealand (AMINZ), I bring deep expertise in dispute resolution and contract governance. I am also a member of the Royal Institution of the Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and hold a Master's degree in Construction Law—Arbitration and Adjudication from Robert Gordon University, reinforcing my specialization in the legal and contractual dimensions of the industry.
I hold dual diplomas in Project Management and Contract Administration from the American University in Cairo, along with PMP (Project Management Professional) and CCP (Certified Cost Professional) certifications.
