Jayant Parmanand Joshi is a Dispute Resolution Lawyer currently associated with AZB & Partners. He has over five years of post-enrolment experience in arbitration, commercial litigation and dispute resolution. He has been actively involved in more than 100 arbitration references, including proceedings under the National Highways Act, 1956, and has substantial experience in arbitration-related litigation under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, including proceedings under Sections 9, 11, 17, 34, 36 and 37, as well as execution and enforcement of arbitral awards.
His practice includes representing clients before arbitral tribunals, District Courts and the Bombay High Court, with experience spanning the complete lifecycle of arbitration proceedings from commencement through post-award enforcement. He has a keen interest in international commercial arbitration, infrastructure disputes and the effective resolution of complex commercial disputes.
