Personal bio
Senior Planning Engineer with over 16 years of international experience across the UK and Middle East, specialising in delay analysis, claims assessment, and project controls on major infrastructure and data centre projects.
From a client-side consulting background in the UAE, I have been directly involved in the assessment and determination of contractor claims on major infrastructure projects. This includes evaluating extension of time (EOT) claims, analysing delay impacts, guiding contractors in aligning submissions with contractual and industry standards, and determining entitlement in accordance with contract conditions.
Currently working on a hyperscale data centre project in London, leading planning and reporting functions while supporting commercial teams with delay analysis and claims. Experienced in FIDIC and NEC contract environments, with a strong focus on programme-based evidence and risk-informed decision-making.
As an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb), I bring a solid foundation in dispute resolution, enabling me to bridge the gap between planning, commercial, and legal functions, and contribute effectively to the resolution of complex project disputes.
