Mr Denny Lin was called to the Singapore Bar and holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Singapore University of Social Sciences. Mr Lin also holds a BA in Recording Arts with 1st class Honours from Middlesex University, a Diploma in International Arbitration, and a Specialist Diploma in Relationship and Marital Counselling. He also had more than 20-years of experience in education.

Over the recent 12 years between years 2013 and 2024, Mr Lin personally handled close to 10,000 conveyancing transactions. In year 2018 alone, Mr Lin handled a total of 2861 conveyancing cases.
His previous law firms attained the Straits Times Singapore’s Best Law Firm award in years 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025.

Mr Lin had handled cases from many local and overseas Banks and financial institution(s), and has expertise in the more complex end of the conveyancing spectrum and this includes, properties under trust, part-share purchases and sales, transfer of Properties, transactions pursuant to Court Orders, purchase of recess areas, amalgamation of lands, transactions involving shop-houses or mixed-use developments, transactions involving bankrupts or the Official Assignee, administration of a deceased’s estate, etc.

On the family law front, Mr Denny Lin had handled a myriad of cases including contested custody care and control of children matters, divorce and its ancillary matters, division of matrimonial assets, personal protection order trials, enforcement of maintenance trials, committal trials, etc. He is also familiar with matters involving international law, China (PRC) law, company assets and it's valuation, digital-assets including cryptocurrencies, and working collaboratively with foreign lawyers on international issues.

Mr Lin is an accredited Mediator and Family Mediator with the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC), an international accredited Mediator under Singapore International Mediation Institute (SIMI), a
certified Mediation Advocate under International Mediation Institute (IMI), and has specialist training in Collaborative Family Practice, Family Therapeutic Justice Certification, as well as Cross-Border Family Mediation specializing in international Hague Convention Child Abduction cases.

He is also an accredited mediator with China's Guangzhou Multi-faceted Dispute Resolution Centre, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).
