Tatiana Minaeva is an independent arbitrator with more than 20 years of experience. She sists as arbitrator from 2014.
She has been appointed in arbitration proceedings under the rules of leading institutions, including the LCIA, ICC, DIAC, SCC, ICAC, HKIAC, SIAC as well as in ad hoc proceedings. These cases involved many jurisdictions and have been governed by a wide range of substantive laws, including English, Russian, Kazakh, Pakistani, Chinese, and other laws. Her arbitrator experience spans acting as sole arbitrator, as a chair and as a tribunal member. As sole arbitrator, she has adjudicated disputes under the LCIA, ICC, and SCC Rules. As co-arbitrator, she has sat on tribunals in significant cases across multiple sectors.
