Personal bio
Professional: a Solicitor-Advocate with extensive experience of representing parents in private children proceedings. My practice includes cases involving specific issues of internal and international relocations, non-life threatening medical care, schooling. Child arrangements including those involving families where parents and/or children have a diagnosis of neurodiversity. The current delays in the family court system can have a profound impact on children and arbitration may be a great way to resolve matters efficiently and effectively that is in their welfare best interests.
Personal: Rachel enjoys walking her two active terriers and spending time with friends and her four grown-up children.
