Pierre Al Sammour MCIArb is an experienced dispute resolution professional with more than 15 years of practice across arbitration, mediation, and complex claims management in the construction and commercial sectors. Combining advanced engineering qualifications with substantial knowledge of construction and contract law, Pierre brings a balanced technical–legal perspective to the resolution of high‑value disputes.
Pierre possesses extensive expertise in FIDIC contracts across multiple forms and editions, including the Red, Yellow, Silver, and Gold Books. His work spans contract administration, entitlement evaluation, claim strategy, and the interpretation of FIDIC provisions within both contentious and non‑contentious settings.
With deep specialization in project scheduling, forensic planning, and delay and disruption analysis, Pierre has led the preparation and assessment of claims involving critical path analysis, time‑impact modelling, extension‑of‑time evaluations, and project delay forensics. This integrated capability allows him to deliver well‑rounded, analytically robust support to dispute boards, tribunals, and project stakeholders.
Pierre has been involved in numerous complex arbitration matters across different jurisdictions, contributing to cases involving infrastructure, industrial facilities, energy projects, and commercial contracts.
