Professor Aymen Masadeh received his education in both the Civil and Common legal systems. He completed his LLB degree at the University of Jordan, LLM at Aberdeen University in the UK, and obtained his PhD from Bristol University, also in the UK. Throughout his career, he has worked in various countries, including the UK, Jordan, and Qatar. Professor Masadeh is based in Amman and Dubai.
Professor Masadeh is actively involved in arbitration proceedings. He takes on various roles, including serving as a sole arbitrator, chairman of a tribunal, and co-arbitrator. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a board member of the International Construction Law Association. His expertise has led him to be part of the panel of arbitrators at several esteemed arbitration centers, such as
