Personal bio
Dr. Andrii Chornous is a triple-qualified attorney admitted in New York, England and Wales and Ukraine, specialising in international arbitration and cross-border commercial disputes. He represents investors, funds, and technology companies in complex, high-value proceedings under the LCIA, ICC, SCC, VIAC and other rules, as well as in related litigations and enforcement proceedings.
His practice includes shareholder and joint venture disputes, investment and commercial contract claims, fraud and asset recovery, freezing and disclosure orders and recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards and foreign judgments. Andrii also has particular experience supporting emerging technology and blockchain projects on governance, investment documentation and cross-border risk management.
