Ukrainian-qualified Advocate, Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), and PhD in Commercial Law with more than 15 years of experience advising businesses, financial institutions, state-owned enterprises, government bodies, and private clients on commercial, regulatory, and cross-border legal matters.
Throughout his career, Stanislav has worked on complex disputes, transactions, and strategic legal projects involving multiple jurisdictions, including matters concerning applicable law, jurisdiction, enforcement of judgments and awards, foreign law issues, and international commercial relationships.
His professional experience includes commercial litigation, corporate and regulatory advisory work, preparation of expert legal opinions, and legal research in private international law, international trade, international arbitration, corporate governance, and commercial regulation. He has prepared more than 60 expert legal opinions for courts, government institutions, financial institutions, and corporate clients.
Stanislav recently completed specialised postgraduate training in international arbitration in the United Kingdom and is currently transitioning his practice towards international arbitration and cross-border dispute resolution. His professional interests include international commercial arbitration, international trade, foreign investment, enforcement of arbitral awards, and the interaction between different legal systems.
