Practice includes appointments in international commercial matters, alongside advisory work on dispute governance, claims-management, and corporate processes. It draws on extensive experience in cross-border commercial transactions and dispute resolution, together with senior in-house leadership roles involving work with management, regulators, and external counsel across jurisdictions.

Mediation and arbitration appointments are undertaken with independence, discretion, and clear separation from advisory work.

Advisory work centers on governance, dispute avoidance and mitigation, escalation, and practical process design rather than advocacy. It includes support for management decision-making, shaped by corporate culture and sustainability.
