Moses M. Katusime is in-house Counsel (General Counsel) and Company Secretary, with over 17 years’ experience in both public sector, Civil society and private sector in legal matters and in ADR, I have been involved in various legal opinion drafting matters, contract drafting and Contract negotiations, taking part in solving conflicts, representing company in Administration matters, courts of law and arbitration. With the extensive senior corporate legal advisory services experience, Moses has earned required skills in managing legal complex problems and corporate governance exposure for Board of Directors ‘affairs.
Moses is a professional Arbitrator and holds a Fellow membership with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), enrolled on the list of Arbitrators with Kigali International Arbitration Center (KIAC). He holds LLM (Master’s) in Law from the University of Groningen-Netherlands, a Bachelor’s Degree of Law (LLB) from National University of Rwanda, Advanced diploma in Legal practice (DLP)from Institute of Legal Practice and Development, International Arbitration from CIArb, Financial Industry Management program (FICP Designation) from Luxembourg School of Business (LSB)and he has participated in various certification programs and has vast experience in corporate governance, construction law, Construction management and investment law, banking law, capital market, stock exchange, insurance law, Fintech and legal advisory services.
