Personal bio
Doris is a leading commercial litigator and arbitration and disputes resolution lawyer in Singapore with a special emphasis and expertise on defamation law. She is the author of four legal textbooks on defamation law in Singapore and Malaysia. Doris also has extensive expertise in property disputes involving resulting trust and constructive trust. She has been in practice for more than 30 years and is currently a Special Counsel in Premier Law LLC, a joint law venture with Reynolds Porter Chamberlain (RPC). In 2010, she won the President's Prize for the Award Writing Examination issued by the Faculty of Law of the National University of Singapore in the International Arbitration Course 2010.
