Mr Roy Lasantha Haththotuwa

Roy Lasantha is a chartered construction and commercial professional with over 17 years of international experience across Sri Lanka, the Middle East, and the United Kingdom. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb) and the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB), with a strong professional focus on contract administration, claims management, dispute avoidance, and commercial governance within complex construction projects.
Roy currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer in Spectrum International Consultants in Sri Lanka, the United Arab Emirates, and Saudi Arabia, where he manages high-value projects exceeding SAR 100 billion, overseeing cost control, commercial risk, bonds, insurance, BIM, and contractual strategy.
His academic background includes an MBA, a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and Construction Management, and postgraduate qualifications in construction project management. Roy has also been actively involved in professional education and mentoring, having served as a lecturer, program advisory board member, and organizer of CPD initiatives across the region.
Roy brings a balanced, ethical, and analytically robust approach to dispute resolution, grounded in practical project experience and professional integrity.
