Personal bio
Daniel is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a member-arbitrator of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and a certified professional mediator. He is also a member of Young AfAA and Young ICCA. He is also a young author, having published several articles with reputable journals. He was awarded the Next Generation of Young Dispute Resolvers Award by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators Kenya Branch in 2024.
He holds a Master of Laws Degree in international law and dispute resolution from the University of Nairobi, a Postgraduate Diploma in law from the Kenya School of Law and a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Nairobi.
Daniel has also had an opportunity to attend Summer School at the University of Dresden, Germany, training on comparative legal ethics from the African Centre on Law and Ethics, at the Gimpa Faculty of Law, Ghana, and the Education for Justice program organized by the University of Nairobi in conjunction with the Nelson Mandela University, South Africa.
He is currently an Associate in the Dispute Resolution Department at Majanja Luseno & Company Advocates. His areas of specialty include litigation, alternative dispute resolution, legal advisory, legislative drafting, employment law, and oil and gas law.
