Sivasankar has more than 21 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, providing project management, claims consultancy, and dispute resolution services across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

Sivasankar has worked for international contractors and consultants, gaining professional experience on oil and gas, power and energy, process and industrial, infrastructure, roads and bridges, hotel, leisure and hospitality, and aviation projects.

Sivasankar has worked as a lead assistant to appointed delay experts in several international arbitration proceedings. Most recently, he served as a lead assistant in an independent expert determination of contractual disputes for a large-scale infrastructure project in KSA.

Sivasankar is frequently appointed to advise clients on preparing claims related to delay, disruption, and acceleration. He has extensive experience in all forms of prospective and retrospective delay analysis and uses a wide range of forensic planning techniques to establish and demonstrate critical delay and disruption.
