Personal bio

Having practiced as a Barrister in New Zealand, specialising in neurodiversity and disability rights (including standing as a Parliamentary Candidate in support of disability and neurodiversity), I am passionate about the concept of 'Nothing about us without us'. Being neurodiverse myself, I can bring understanding and recognition into any proceedings. However, that also includes a neutral stance, with recognition that sometimes the issue is understanding.

My specialities by subject include employment, restorative justice, international conflict and/or negotiation, as well as civil dispute resolution. However, whilst a specialist understanding is really useful, I believe, along with most of my colleagues, that the onus is on the clients to find their own workable resolution.

My work has been in New Zealand, the UK and between, with a natural specialisation also in UK-New Zealand disputes.

Further information can be found on my company web page, and I am always happy to answer questions and assist however I may.
