Mr Yaman Bdaiwi

Yaman Bdaiwi is a construction commercial and contracts professional with over 15 years of experience in contract administration, claims management, cost control, and dispute resolution within complex infrastructure and power projects in the UAE.

He currently serves as Head of the Quantity Surveying Department at Al Geemi Contracting Company, overseeing commercial strategy, contractual compliance, variation management, and claims preparation.

Yaman holds a B.Sc. and Master’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s in Construction Law & Dispute Resolution, and is currently pursuing a DBA. His expertise includes preparation of statements of claim and defense, delay and quantum analysis, FIDIC-based contract administration, and support to arbitration proceedings.

His professional focus lies at the intersection of commercial management and formal dispute resolution, with particular interest in arbitration practice and structured claims methodology.
