I am an empaneled Arbitrator on the panel of Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA), Indian Council of Arbitration (ICA) and with SCOPE Forum of Conciliation and Arbitration, New Delhi (SFCA). As an Arbitration counsel, I have handled several high stake arbitration disputes before the Arbitration Tribunals (mostly ad-hoc arbitration). The arbitration panel included the retired Hon’ble Judges of Supreme Court of India and retired Chief Justice/Judges of High Courts.
For providing the complete range legal services relating to arbitration, I have been involved in process right from the drafting of the arbitration agreement to invocation of the arbitration, to sending notices to the parties, filing proceedings in court for seeking appointment of arbitrator, seeking assistance of the court in conducting evidence before the arbitration tribunal, challenging the award in the court and last but not the least seeking enforcement of arbitration award through the court.
