Ho Choon is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with dual qualifications in quantity surveying and construction law. He holds memberships and fellowships in leading professional bodies related to quantity surveying, construction claims, and arbitration.
He specialises in construction dispute resolution, with extensive experience in quantum analysis, contract administration, and expert support services. He is well-versed in various standard forms of building contract, including PAM, PWD, FIDIC, and JCT.
Ho Choon began his career with a consultant quantity surveying firm, gaining hands-on experience in both pre- and post-contract stages. He managed a wide range of cost and contractual matters throughout the project lifecycle, from initial cost planning through to final account.
He later transitioned into construction claims and dispute resolution, where he has built significant expertise in claim preparation and analysis, contractual advisory, and expert evidence. His responsibilities include preparing expert reports, rebuttals, and joint statements, as well as providing contractual advice.
