With a common law and civil law background, I have broad experience in international commercial arbitration and investment arbitration acquired over 30 years practising in the Paris office of an international law firm. Since 2017, I have been practising as an independent arbitrator in my own firm, Peterson//ADR in Paris. I have acted as chair, co-arbitrator, sole arbitrator and emergency arbitrator under the rules of major arbitral institutions as well as in UNCITRAL proceedings. I am also a Lecturer at Sciences Po Law School, where I teach courses in English contract and tort law.
