Cheng Haiqun is the Managing Partner and Founding Partner of Zhonglun Wende Law Firm (Shenzhen). She is a senior PRC lawyer and a recipient of the Ministry of Justice’s "Leading Foreign-Related Legal Talents" designation, and is qualified as both a PRC lawyer and a Registered Foreign Lawyer in Hong Kong. She has over twenty years of frontline experience in finance, government affairs, cross-border transactions, and complex dispute resolution, and regularly advises government authorities, financial institutions, and large enterprises on critical legal matters.
Ms. Cheng focuses on highly complex, high-value matters where regulatory, policy, and commercial considerations intersect, with practice areas including financing and investment, mergers and acquisitions, asset-backed securitisation, environmental and infrastructure projects, as well as foreign-related and cross-border transactions.
