Mediator and Conflict Resolution Specialist: Lisa was instrumental in the establishing of the Saint Lucia Chapter of CIArb in 2011, has conducted multiple ADR training and awareness sessions in Saint Lucia since then, and is currently working in collaboration with the Registry of the Supreme Court Saint Lucia, on a project to raise awareness and use of ADR among SMEs. MA in Peace and Conflict (2020), Bachelor in Christian Leadership (2016), Certificate of Higher Education in Law (2010). Diploma in Mediation Theory (2017), Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution Accredited Mediator (2014), BTEC Professional Award in Training the Trainer (2012)
