Personal bio
I am a commercial lawyer specialising in construction law and professional services contracts. I am experienced in dispute resolution and I have represented contractors, sub-contractors and developers in mediation, adjudication and arbitration.
I also advise on non-contentious matters including contract reviews, negotiation, drafting standard terms, contract administration and delivering training. I have advised on projects internationally, including in the Middle East.
I am a qualified adjudicator and a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors President’s Panel of Construction Adjudicators and the UK Adjudicators Panel.
