I am a Senior Contracts and Commercial Management Professional with over 18 years of experience in the construction, infrastructure and EPC sectors across the UAE and Egypt. My experience spans contract administration, claims management, Extension of Time (EOT) assessments, variation management, payment certification, commercial risk management and dispute avoidance under FIDIC-based contracts.
I currently serve as Senior Contracts Administrator with Parsons International Limited in Abu Dhabi, where I provide contractual and commercial support on major infrastructure projects for the Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT). My professional approach is founded on fair and balanced contract administration, effective stakeholder engagement and the proactive resolution of commercial issues to support successful project delivery while minimizing the potential for disputes.
As an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb), I am committed to the continued development of my expertise in dispute avoidance and alternative dispute resolution, with the objective of contributing to the fair and effective administration of construction contracts.
