I have been a Fellow in the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators since 2023. With more than 40 years of experience as an arbitrator and trial lawyer in New York and Colorado, I serve as an arbitrator on the AAA/ICDR Panels, and The CPR Center for Resolution of International Disputes Panel. I am a Fellow in the College of Commercial Arbitrators and a Member of the National Association of Distinguished Neutrals. I am licensed in New York and Colorado.

I have presided over hundreds of arbitrations as chair, sole arbitrator and as member of a panel in a wide variety of industries and subject matters, including cryptocurrency disputes involving multiple parties asserting breach of contract, misrepresentations and fraud in connection with sale of business; mining disputes involving reserves, royalties and fraud allegations; software and trade secret disputes alleging breach of licensing agreement, royalties and patent rights; business divorce disputes involving multiple owners and interests in technology companies, resorts, healthcare, mining and life sciences companies.
