Zukhra is an Associate at PraeLegal Uzbekistan, who plays a key role in both Arbitration and Corporate Departments. She provides valuable support to senior lawyers and actively contributes to case management. Her responsibilities include conducting legal research, assisting in case preparation, and playing a key role in drafting statements of claim by carefully organizing and reviewing case documents.
Beyond her contributions to arbitration, Zukhra also works within our Corporate Department, where she assists clients with various corporate matters. She provides guidance on corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, and contract negotiations, ensuring businesses operate smoothly within the legal framework.
