Personal bio

With 20 years of experience in small, medium, and large international organizations—including a regional development bank, the United Nations, and a global environmental institute—I have held strategic leadership roles across Europe, the USA, the Caribbean, Africa, and the Asia-Pacific. My background includes ADR, Legal, HRM at the UN and other IGOs, establishing mediation services, and enabling better workplace environments. As a Financial Times-certified independent non-executive director, I also support organizations through their Boards in advancing governance and organizational effectiveness.

I hold an LLM in European Law, an MBA, a couple of MAs, and I became a member of the Chartered Institute in October 2024. I am originally from France and I travel extensively. Fluent in both French and English, my Cameroonian, French, and Vietnamese heritage shapes my perspective and fuels my commitment to diversity, inclusion, and addressing global challenges.
