Babar Lashari is a Pakistan-based legal professional with experience in dispute resolution, arbitration and mediation, corporate and commercial law, intellectual property, aviation, energy, regulatory matters, and civil litigation. He has advised and assisted both domestic and international clients across a range of complex legal and commercial matters.
His professional experience includes working on local and international arbitration and mediation matters, commercial agreements, regulatory compliance, cross-border transactions, intellectual property disputes, aircraft financing and leasing, and litigation before various courts and tribunals in Pakistan. He has also advised clients operating in the energy, pharmaceutical, aviation, financial services, and consumer sectors.
Babar holds an LL.B. from the University of London and is licensed to practise before the High Court in Pakistan. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and has a particular interest in developing his practice in international arbitration and commercial dispute resolution.
