Chinwe Chiwete is a seasoned legal practitioner with over 20 years of experience in insolvency practice, corporate and commercial law, and dispute resolution. She holds an LL.M in Insolvency Law from the University of Pretoria and is Principal of EpicLegal Law Firm, Lagos. She has acted as liquidator in multiple high-profile insolvency proceedings, advised leading banks and corporations, and represented clients in arbitration and complex disputes. A BRIPAN facilitator and member of INSOL International, the Nigerian Bar Association, and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK and Nigeria), she is also a published author and regular conference speaker.
