Christine Santini is a legal consultant and arbitrator, with a vast experience in civil and public law as a judge, both in 1st and 2nd instances, at São Paulo Court of Justice (1987/2021). She is a JD from University of São Paulo and holds an Executive MBA in Law (Management and Business Law) from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. As a former judge, she occupied the position of Coordinator of International Affairs in São Paulo Judicial Academy (2014/2021) and she took part in the committee created by the CNJ (National Council of Justice) in charge of coordinating and supervising the application of the Data Protection Act in Brazilian courts. She was also a member of the consulting boards of the Initiative Compliance for Health (project developed by FGV EAESP - Escola de Administração de Empresas de São Paulo - Fundação Getúlio Vargas, FGVethics and FGV Saúde); Prevent Senior, healthcare company; Instituto Phaneros, specializing in psychedelic research for mass mental health; and of the Permanent Commission on Governance and Integrity of the OAB/SP. She is currently a member of the consulting board of IBGConf - Instituto Brasileiro de Gestão de Conflitos; of the Comission for Studies of New Technologies, Neurorights and Artificial Intelligence of the Instituto dos Advogados de São Paulo (IASP); and of the Task Force aimed at reviewing the SVAMC – Silicon Valley Arbitration and Mediation Center AI Guidelines. Christine has an extensive experience in the multidisciplinary area of Law and Medicine, acting as honorary member of the Instituto Ética Saúde. She acted as Coordinator of Integrity and Patient Experience for Prevent Senior, healthcare company, and holds a certification Lean Six Sigma Agile Green Belt, with a project developed in healthcare. She participated in numerous events, courses and workshops in Brazil and abroad, aimed to discuss access to justice and alternative dispute resolution methods. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), member of the Brazilian Arbitration Committee (CBAr), Silicon Valley Arbitration and Mediation Center, DRBF - Dispute Resolution Board Foundation and IBDiC - Brazilian Institute of Construction Law.
