Christine Santini is a legal consultant, mediator and arbitrator, with a vast experience in civil and public law as a judge, both in 1st and 2nd instances, at São Paulo Court of Justice (1987/2021). She is a JD from University of São Paulo and holds an Executive MBA in Law (Management and Business Law) from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. As a former judge, she occupied the position of Coordinator of International Affairs in São Paulo Judicial Academy (2014/2021) and she took part in the committee created by the CNJ (National Council of Justice) in charge of coordinating and supervising the application of the Data Protection Act in Brazilian courts. She has also been a member of the consulting board of the Initiative Compliance for Health (project developed by FGV EAESP - Escola de Administração de Empresas de São Paulo - Fundação Getúlio Vargas, FGVethics and FGV Saúde) and of the consulting board of Prevent Senior, healthcare company. Currently she is a member of the consulting boards of IBGConf - Instituto Brasileiro de Gestão de Conflitos; Instituto Phaneros, specializing in psychedelic research for mass mental health; and of the "Comissão de Estudos de Novas Tecnologias, Neurodireitos e Inteligência Artificial do IASP". Christine has an extensive experience in the multidisciplinary area of Law and Medicine, and also in the area of technology. She participated in numerous events, courses and workshops in Brazil and abroad (mainly USA, UK, France, Japan, Uruguay and Argentina), aimed to discuss access to justice and alternative dispute resolution methods. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), a member of CBAr - Brazilian Arbitration Committe, SVAMC - Silicon Valley Arbitration and Mediation Center, DRBF - Dispute Resolution Board Foundation and IBDiC - Brazilian Institute of Construction Law.
