Primary legal advisor to the CEO and Managing Director, providing strategic counsel on corporate governance, compliance, and high-stakes regulatory issues. I lead complex negotiations and provide strategic legal guidance that directly supports business growth, compliance excellence, and operational integrity.
Oversee the drafting, negotiation, and review of a wide range of pharmaceutical and medical device agreements with leading international companies, including supply and distribution agreements, manufacturing and licensing agreements, technology transfer arrangements, and service contracts for engineering and validation projects.
Design and implement policies covering anti-bribery, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering, and regulatory compliance, while monitoring emerging legal and industry trends to ensure proactive and effective legal support.
Served as a Legal Advisor at prominent Kuwaiti law firms and practiced law in Lebanon, managing multi-jurisdictional corporate and commercial matters, arbitral disputes under ICC and DIFC rules, and drafting a wide spectrum of agreements, including joint ventures, franchise agreements, shareholders’ agreements, BOT agreements, and concession contracts.
