Personal bio

Henry is a Commercial Law Professor at the Guildhall School of Business and Law, London Metropolitan University, Professor Emeritus at Mitchell Hamline School of Law (United States), Senior Counsel for the Motor Industry Legal Services (MILS), and a Fellow with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Henry has served as a solo arbitrator in more than 130 cases, as a panel member on a three-arbitrator panel in 10 cases, and as a chair of three-arbitrator panel in 4 cases. He has also served as a mediator in 8 cases.

He is qualified as a United States lawyer (Minnesota and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals), and is a Registered Foreign Lawyer in the United Kingdom (Solicitor Regulation Authority). He has been admitted to the Bar (Bar Standards Board) and is a member of Inner Temple, planning on being called to the Bar as a barrister in October 2025.
