Syed Mustafa Mahdi is an ex-Legal 500 Firm Partner, who is currently practising as a Registered Foreign Lawyer (England & Wales) and as an Advocate across the Court(s) of Pakistan. Syed has substantial legal experience and has acted in disputes arising out of areas in aviation, shipping, customs, construction, arbitration (domestic & international), financial markets, and cross-border transactions to which he brings a commercial, pragmatic and organised approach with a depth of experience and knowledge. Syed was also nominated as a 'Chairperson for Arbitrations' by the European Commission (2022) to participate in Bilateral Disputes under Trade Agreements with third countries and is the only practitioner from Pakistan to serve this position.
