Alexander Samuel Paruhum (“Alex”) is a dispute resolution lawyer with broad experience across civil and criminal litigation, international arbitration, intellectual property disputes, and complex corporate matters. Alex holds both a Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) and a Master of Laws (M.H.) from Universitas Indonesia, one of Indonesia’s most prestigious universities.

Alex regularly represents and advises clients in complex proceedings before all levels of the Indonesian courts and in international arbitration conducted under the rules of leading arbitral institutions. His experience includes high-profile, cross-border disputes, where he has assisted domestic and international clients in navigating commercial, investment, and regulatory challenges and developing strategic legal solutions.

Aside from his Associate Membership in the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), Alex is a licensed attorney under the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI), affirming his qualifications to appear before Indonesian courts.
