I specialise in family law, principally financial provision after divorce or separation. I qualified as an arbitrator in 2013, and have conducted more than 30 arbitrations as the arbitrator since then. I am an experienced Private FDR evaluator, and have conducted more than 150 Private FDRs. I am ranked in the top band of silks for non-court dispute resolution work by Chambers & Partners.
As a barrister, I represent high and ultra-high net worth individuals. My cases regularly involve complexities arising from trusts/offshore structures, business accounts, taxation and international forum disputes. I often deal with cases involving the music, art, finance, private equity, legal, farming and business industries.
Many of my cases have an international dimension. I have advised in proceedings in Hong Kong, The Cayman Islands and the Channel Islands. I am a Fellow of the IAFL.
