Personal bio
I am an Appeal Court Judge with extensive experience in adjudicating complex civil and commercial disputes, where I have developed advanced skills in legal analysis, evaluation of evidence, and the drafting of well-reasoned judicial decisions. Through my judicial practice, I have acquired strong competence in managing adversarial proceedings, ensuring procedural fairness, equality of arms, and strict adherence to principles of independence and impartiality. My work has involved continuous engagement with contractual interpretation, dispute resolution clauses, and the structured resolution of multifaceted legal issues, all of which are directly transferable to the arbitral context. In parallel, my academic and research background in intellectual property law has strengthened my analytical rigor, legal writing, and methodological approach to dispute resolution. I seek membership in CIArb to formally align my judicial expertise with international arbitration standards and to further develop my professional practice in accordance with CIArb’s ethical and procedural framework.
