Matt has been appointed as an Expert Witness on delay related matters across adjudication, mediation, and litigation, providing authoritative insight on complex programme and delay issues. He has produced detailed analyses of extension of time claims and is highly experienced in the preparation, review, and interrogation of construction programmes. His technical capabilities span critical path analysis, resource scheduling, and programme monitoring, supporting the successful delivery of major construction projects including infrastructure, commercial offices, hospitals, schools, residential developments, hotels, and leisure facilities.
With a career grounded in both practical project delivery and specialist dispute resolution, Matt brings a balanced and rigorous approach to assessing delay, disruption, and programme performance. His expertise is reinforced by his status as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Chartered Institute of Building. He holds an MSc in Construction Law & Dispute Resolution from King’s College London, awarded with merit, and has completed the RICS Adjudication Diploma.
