Regan is a Professional Commercial & Contracts Manager with a proven successful track record attained throughout various market sectors over several years gained in the Middle East, UK & Africa.
Significant detailed construction experience complimented with very acute analytical commercial and contractual skills. A successful and experienced negotiator with strong commercial attributes with a risk adverse approach. Adept at assessing and assimilating information with problem solving abilities. Regan has strong leadership and management skills and can work individually or as part of multiple teams. Very clear and focused with a result orientated attitude.

Regan has considerable experience of working within the UK construction sector and has delivered numerous projects focusing on customer user needs resulting in significant cost savings for clients. As part of his duties with employers, Regan was required to produce monthly reports for key stakeholders and senior management to keep them updated with progress in relation to budget, time & cost. He has substantial FIDIC, IChemE, NEC3, NEC4 & JCT contract’ experience, coupled with SAP, Evision, Viewpoint, Procore & CEMAR administration experience.

Regan possesses over 17 years’ experience within civils, highways, fit out, rail, mining, fibre, utilities, & building sectors which was attained throughout the UK, The Middle East and Sierra Leone.

Regan has experience in problem solving through negotiation, mediation and dispute resolution. Regan can think strategically, looking at the bigger picture which has enabled him to develop and implement many processes and procedures which have resulted in positive outcomes. He has successfully negotiated & delivered projects within a wide-ranging number of public & private sector procurement strategies.
