Aamir Shehzad is a seasoned Contracts and Commercial professional with over 16 years of diverse experience spanning the roles of Contractor, Consultant, and Client representative. He has played a pivotal role in the successful execution and management of multi-billion-dollar construction projects across Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Pakistan. His portfolio includes hospitality projects, high-rise buildings, residential compounds, commercial complexes, airports, and defense infrastructure.
Aamir brings a comprehensive understanding of the construction lifecycle, from feasibility studies, cost planning and contracts administration to commercial strategies and risk management. He is currently serving as Cost Lead at Rua Al Madinah, a flagship project under the Public Investment Fund (PIF), contributing his expertise to one of the Kingdom’s most ambitious urban development initiatives.
