Seasoned Infrastructure Strategist and Civil Engineer with 26+ years of leadership experience across Pakistan’s most complex infrastructure, energy and mobility programs. I specialize in transforming national-scale vision into executable, bankable and investor-ready projects; bridging the critical space between policy, engineering and finance across civil, defence and public-sector environments.
As part of the senior leadership at NLC and FWO, I directed and structured an infrastructure portfolio exceeding USD 1 billion, spread across 90+ projects nationwide. I have led 3,500+ professionals in delivering mega initiatives including border terminals, strategic mobility corridors and renewable energy infrastructure. My work has focused on:
