Syed Wasif Ali Shah is a senior commercial and contracts professional with more than 18 years of experience delivering commercial leadership on major infrastructure, construction, and development programmes across Saudi Arabia and Qatar. He specializes in commercial and contract administration, claims management, extension of time assessments, variation management, risk management, dispute avoidance, and dispute resolution under FIDIC and NEC forms of contract. He has successfully managed commercial functions on projects and programmes valued in excess of SAR/QAR 5 billion.
