Sits as a Recorder in the Financial Remedies Court, authorised to sit as a deputy High Court Judge. Regularly instructed as private FDR evaluator.
As a barrister and KC, specialist in high-value matrimonial finance and claims for financial provision under Schedule 1 to the Children Act. Maintains a broad practice including Trusts of Land claims, representing individuals, trustees and companies, has advised in international cases before the courts in Jersey, Gibraltar and Bermuda.
