Personal bio
By virtue of my various advisory roles in over 25 years, I have been involved in a number of commercial (domestic and cross-border) transactions, compliance, sanctions advisory, policy advisory services, resolution of disputes in addition to providing capacity building as a tutor and assessor as a Faculty Member of the Institute. The choice of dispute resolution methods and available mechanism is critical to a sustainable enterprise and I am excited about opportunities to add value in this regard.
