Personal bio
I am a Senior Director within the Expert Services practice based in Hong Kong. I am also a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Civil Engineering Surveyors (FCInstCES). I am also a Senior Associate member of the Academy of Experts (SAAE).
I have more than 25 years of experience in quantity surveying and commercial management including live project commercial management, dispute management and dispute resolution. He has extensive working knowledge of numerous forms of standard and bespoke contracts with a focus on the Target Cost Options of the NEC form of contract.
I have acted as lead assistant on numerous occasions which included: drafting joint statements/expert reports, liaising with lawyers, counsel, opposing experts’ staff, budget management and managing individuals within a team
